ripples of a gentle sea

chummed the water

webbed feet

unashamed

dont bother to learn the simplest facts of flight

it is not flying that matter, but eating.

nodded obediently

It's all so pointless

working at the very peak of his abilities

churning mass of feathers

blurred through ninety miles per hour

But victory was short-lived

His wings were ragged feebly

He pushed wearily away from the dark water.

- Sooner or later, Those who win are those who think they can

- We are each given a block of marble when we begin a lifetime, and the tools to shape it into sculpture....

   We can drag it behind us untouched, we can pound it into gravel, we can shape it into glory

- Learning is finding out what you already know

   Doing is demonstraing that you know it.

   Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you

- You teach best what you most need to learn

- Your friends will know you better in the first minute you meet than your acquaintances will know you in a thousand years

- The bond that links your ture family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other's life.

  Rarely do memers of one family grow up under the same roof.

  What you choose to do with them is up to you.
