Wealth is the product of man’s capacity to think!
The book has given me the inspiration preparing the acquisition of buildings.
e.g. one within 3yrs
One for JW 10yrs and one more for LJW in 15 years!
Within 10 years, I will try to get retired from everyday routine life.
The person with better plan wins the race, not the person with better answer now.
Invest in Cash flow not in Capital asset; tangible asset is no longer asset in new capitalism in 21 century.
Be the cash flow investor.
I used to say to myself 'How can I make money?'...How can I afford that level of life for myself as well as my lovely family?'
but through this book, I reckon, I've found the answer to these question.
It is not a matter of money to be the rich; it is matter of Knowledge and courage!
Knowledge & Courage to be rich! It is life-long learning process!
Growing richer is by becoming smarter not by working hard!
